Join us for a pasture walk Wednesday, July 13 from 7:00-8:30 pm at Hendrickson's Grazing Acres, the farm of Jim and Stephanie Hendrickson. We will be meeting at the barn at 5702 Route 19, Gainesville, NY. They have worked for many years to set up a very nice rotationally grazed system for their beef herd. They finish their steers and sell through the freezer trade.

The Young Farmer's Coalition of WNY is having an ice cream social and discussion circle at Healing Poem Farm (4598 RT-78, Java) where we'll talk about the barriers that many young and beginning farmers face to starting farms, including access to farmland, capital, training, and health care.
