New York farm labor laws changed dramatically in 2019, and the laws were further revised by state government in 2020. This webinar will update farm employers about important changes affecting farm laborers, family members, managers, overtime, day of rest, and union participation. Presenters are Dr. Richard Stup of Cornell Agricultural Workforce Development and Attorney Charles Palmer of the Michael Best law firm.
