The Field Crop Chronicle, compiled by Josh Putman, will be made available once per week with topics centered around field crop and forage production in Southwest New York. Future FCC's will be made available to you on our website as well as our newsletters, mailings, etcetera. Attached is the first Field Crop Chronicle to be made available. We hope you enjoy!

Mortality composting is cost effective, environmentally sound, compassionate, easy to do, and can be done at any time of the year. This presentation will cover what composting is, site preparation, and how to compost livestock on farms; including the regulations in New York State.
