Members of different generations working in the same farm business are encouraged to attend this interactive workshop series to learn about skills, tools and tactics needed for success in a multi-generational business. The series will take place from 10:00am - 2:30pm on February 27, March 13 and March 27.

Co-hosted by New York Soil Health and Cornell CALS, the annual conference brings together leaders in organic grain, dairy, and livestock systems to share practical tools, new research, and farmer-tested strategies to support resilient and profitable organic production.
