Pork Producer Informational Meeting

Jon Gorea, General Manager of Delft Blue USA, will lead the meeting. Delft Blue is an international company known for food innovations and other services, including supplying customers with high-quality meat proteins. Mr. Gorea will lead a discussion with pork producers about current efforts to recruit New York farmers to raise pork under a special protocol. Pork producers interested in this market opportunity are encouraged to attend.

There is no cost to participate, but guests are asked to register in advance.

Co-hosted by New York Soil Health and Cornell CALS, the annual conference brings together leaders in organic grain, dairy, and livestock systems to share practical tools, new research, and farmer-tested strategies to support resilient and profitable organic production.
