Cornell Agricultural Workforce Development's series of supervisory leadership courses help farm supervisors and managers learn and apply human resource management practices and leadership skills that foster rewarding workplaces and drive business results. After the completion of this Course 1, all participants will receive a certificate of completion that will be one step closer to completing the 6-course series for the Leadership Certificate.
