Cortland County Cooperative Extension will offer another cheese-making workshop, this time offered at the Tompkins County CCE kitchen, for anyone interested in learning to make cheese at home. This is a hands on workshop; we will break up into teams of two and each team will make a batch of cheese during the workshop, led by cheesemaker and consultant Thomas Pinello. The class costs $40 per person, and will be capped at 14 students.

Co-hosted by New York Soil Health and Cornell CALS, the annual conference brings together leaders in organic grain, dairy, and livestock systems to share practical tools, new research, and farmer-tested strategies to support resilient and profitable organic production.
