Regional Milk Quality Meetings

January 8, 2015


Cooperative Extension is offering three separate Milk Quality Meetings this winter: Jan 8, Feb 5 & Mar 5 from 10:30am-3:30pm. The January 8 meeting will focus on Mammary physiology & the basics of mastitis culturing. The February 5 meeting will focus on Importance of Cow Comfort, Environment & Equipment Maintenance & impacts on milk quality. The March 5 meeting will focus on the Importance of Record keeping for mastitis control. Cost for all 3 meeting is $100, including bulk tank sample.
