Join us for the 2026 winter NYCO meeting! This year's meeting will feature informal networking and breakout discussions. There will be no formal speaker, so be sure to bring good questions and best new ideas from the 2025 season to share with the group, along with your dish to pass!
Breakout discussion groups will include topics of weed management (facilitated by Bryan Brown), soil test results (please bring your own, facilitated by Kirsten Workman and Emily Reiss), and any other topics of interest to the group.

This program is one of four statewide roadshow stops across the state, offering farmers a full poultry processing experience. The class will teach skills that build confidence, reduce costs, and strengthen your farm's independence. This hands-on workshop gives farmers the chance to process a bird from start to finish, learning every step of the workflow used by small farms across the state.
