Winter Field Crops Meeting

Laing-Gro, Division of Timac in conjunction with Cornell Cooperative Extension will be hosting their annual Winter Field Crops Meeting in Langford, NY from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This meeting will feature topics such as crop protection products, bio-pesticides, neonicitinoid seed treatments, pesticide safety education, and biostimulants. DEC and CCA credits are available!

DEC: 3 credits in 1a, 10, 21

CCA: 2 IPM, 1 CM

Register by calling the Laing-Gro office, 716-992-3830. Please register by January 27th. There is no cost to attend, and lunch will be provided. 

Programming starts at 9:30, but doors will open at 9:00 with light refreshments available.

April 23, 2026 : Virtual Fecal Egg Count Training for Sheep and Goats

Amy Barkley and Rachel Moody, Livestock Specialists with Cornell Cooperative Extension, will take attendees through the why, how, and interpretation of fecal egg count testing for sheep and goats using the McMaster method.
