DEC Pesticide Applicator Exam to be held at CCE Madison County on April 19th:

Please arrive at the Ag Center at CCE Madison County no later than 9:45am on the day of the exam.
In order to sit for this exam, you must fill out the form (PDF) below, print it, and mail it with a check for $100 (payable to NYSDEC) to:

They must receive your registration by April 12th.

The Core exam is closed-book. If you are taking a category exam, that is open-book. If you are unsure which manuals you need, contact your state's pesticide regulatory agency or Dan Wixted of CCE-PSEP (djw47@cornell.edu).
