The year 2020 has maintained a strong demand for beef. Many consumers are turning to local farms to meet this demand. Jean, O'Toole, Executive Director of the New York Beef Council, will be leading a series of 3 webinars to share tips for best practices for marketing your farm and beef direct to consumers. This is the second installment of the series, "Marketing and Cooking Underutilized Cuts".
