Milk Check Mysteries

October 14, 2020

Join us on a webinar held Wednesday October 14 @ 7:00 p.m. to learn about milk pricing and the current milk market situation. Dr. Chris Wolf, from Cornell's Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management, will cover how farm level milk prices are derived, how depooling works, how the PPD is determined, and where that checkoff money goes. He will also discuss the current milk market situation, both nationally and in New York.
