Key Updates: The landscape of ag labor is always changing, and the farms that we work with are challenged to adapt rapidly. As educators, we need to be aware of these changes and adaptations to best support our audience. We'll hear from Rich Stup, CCE Ag Workforce Development, and Jason Karszes, PRO-DAIRY, as they share this vital information.

Create Connections: We're all working as hard as we can to meet demanding expectations and ever changing community needs. This can sometimes lead to work silos and isolation. We'll provide opportunities to network and build relationships with other extension professionals whose work touches on agricultural labor management, and foster collaboration.

Brainstorm Solutions: With so many great minds in the same room, we'll provide facilitated time to share and increase awareness of existing/upcoming extension programs and resources for improving labor management on farms. We'll also work together to identify needs and future areas for research and extension work related to agricultural labor management.

Light lunch and refreshments provided.

This event is intended for Cornell Cooperative Extension and Cornell University educators who spend a large portion of their work effort on issues related to agricultural labor.
